Deputy Manager - MIS ERP

Required Work Experience & Knowledge:
- Strong financial systems and software knowledge.
- Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and ERP systems.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Required Education:
- MBA in Finance or CA (degree in progress acceptable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide timely financial information.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation, monitor performance against budgets, and analyze variances.
- Audit Coordination: Collaborate with auditors, maintain accurate financial records for audits.
- Account Reconciliation: Oversee reconciliation of financial data between Tally and I-Account, resolve discrepancies.
Operational Duties:
- ERP Upgradation: Participate in ERP system upgrades, ensure smooth transition and validation of financial modules.
- Maintain Issue Tracker: Track and resolve accounting issues, manage bug handling and grievance resolution.
- Vendor Approval: Develop and manage vendor approval process, ensure compliance and coordinate onboarding.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate activities within the accounts team, ensure effective communication and task delegation.
- MIS Reporting: Generate MIS reports for management decision-making, analyze financial data for insights.
- Accounts SOP: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for accounting processes.

- Proficiency in software such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP Processes, Oracle, Looker Studio, and ERP systems.
