Manager: Program and MIS

Number of Positions: 1

Location: Mumbai (tentatively)

Working: Work from Office

Reporting to: Director : Marketing, Sales and Business Development

Job Purpose and Objective:

The Program/MIS Manager at NICMAR will be responsible for overseeing program management and the effective use of Management Information Systems (MIS) to support the Sales and Marketing functions. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role focuses on data management, analysis, and the implementation of programs that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  1. MIS Management and Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain robust MIS systems to capture and analyze data related to sales, marketing, and student enrolments.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into key performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems and reports.
  1. Program Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs related to sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure programs are delivered on time and meet predefined objectives.
  • Track program progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  1. Data Analysis and Strategic Insights:
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the sales and marketing functions.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Director of Sales and Marketing based on data analysis.
  • Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to improve sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
  1. Process Optimization:
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the MIS and program management functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to optimize system performance and integrate new technologies where applicable.
  • Ensure that all processes align with NICMARs strategic goals and operational standards.
  1. Team Coordination and Support:
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and data sharing.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of MIS tools and systems.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director of Sales and Marketing and other departments to facilitate smooth program execution.
  1. Reporting and Feedback:
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes, MIS performance, and data-driven insights to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • Provide ongoing feedback on system performance, program effectiveness, and process improvements.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings to align MIS and program management efforts with overall institutional goals.

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in Program Management, MIS, or a related role, with a strong background in data analysis, system management, and process optimization, preferably in Education domain.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MIS tools, data analysis software, project management, and excellent communication skills.
