Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and enhance our HR reporting and analytics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR metrics and experience in data management to support strategic decision-making within the HR function.

1. Data Management:
o Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data in the HR Management System (HRMS).
o Oversee data entry, audits, and corrections to ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards.
o Work with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to HR databases and software.
2. HR Reporting:
o Generate, analyze, and distribute regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, absenteeism, leave balances, compensation reports) for internal and external stakeholders.
o Develop ad-hoc reports as requested by management, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
o Maintain dashboards and visual reports to present key HR metrics and trends to leadership.
3. System Administration:
o Act as the administrator for the HRMIS/HRMS, managing user access, system updates, and configuration changes.
o Coordinate with the IT team to implement system upgrades, new modules, or features to improve HR functionality.
o Ensure HR data security and compliance with regulations (GDPR, labor laws, etc.).
4. Process Improvement:
o Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes by leveraging data analysis and HR technology.
o Assist in automating HR workflows, such as payroll inputs, attendance tracking to enhance efficiency.
o Collaborate with HR teams to ensure that systems are aligned with business needs and provide training to HR staff on using HRMIS tools.
5. Compliance and Audits:
o Ensure compliance with data protection laws and internal data privacy guidelines when handling employee data.
o Assist in HR audits by providing relevant data and reports, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
6. Support for HR Initiatives:
o Provide support for HR initiatives such as compensation planning, workforce analytics, employee engagement, and performance management.
o Contribute to HR projects by providing data insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
