Role: MIS Executive
Duration: Fulltime
Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize HRIS and other databases to gather, analyze, and present data related to talent acquisition metrics.
- Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate sources, etc.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
- Work closely with stakeholders including HR, Talent Acquisition Managers, and senior leadership to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

- Identify trends and recommend enhancements to existing processes and systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an MIS Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within HR or Talent Acquisition. Should have a fair understand on funnels and Pipeline
- Strong proficiency in HR analytics, including experience with HRIS, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and other relevant databases.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
