Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior MIS Analyst. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, reporting,SQL and strategic insights generation to drive informed decision-making across various marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data analysis techniques to generate actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing e-commerce and marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive management information systems (MIS) to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, customer behavior, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, automate reporting processes, and streamline data collection and analysis workflows.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer demographics, preferences, and purchasing behavior to inform targeted marketing campaigns and product strategies.
- Design and implement dashboards and visualization tools to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and threats, and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects to support business initiatives, such as customer segmentation, pricing optimization, and ROI analysis.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in e-commerce, D2C, and marketing analytics, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance data capabilities and insights generation.
- Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in MIS analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Google Big query, Google Analytics
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools with must have knowledge of Power BI, Google Data Studio and QlikSense
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and customer journey analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving business results through data-driven decision-making and strategic recommendations.
