Overview
The Recruiter is responsible for delivering high quality, HR Operations and recruitment for roles within the aligned Business Unit/s.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish trusted relationships and partnerships with the business and developing a sound understanding of the business
Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market mapping, build talent pools and a candidate pipeline for current and future recruitment needs
Deliver a first-class experience to all candidates, regardless of application outcome ensuring correct details are provided, recruitment process an appropriate length, a transparent process throughout and a seamless on-boarding
Work with the Senor members of the Recruitment Team and provide input into sourcing strategies
Share insight and best practice across the team
Drive quality of hire, reducing attrition, minimizing cost per hire and agency spend
Use metrics and measures to continually improve the success of the recruitment process and practices
Drive collaboration across the HR team to ensure consistency and process excellence
Ensure adherence to company process, legal and regulatory requirements
Support Waystone assurance programs that deliver effective risk management and compliance practices
Ensure all requisitions have the appropriate approvals before commencing requirement and all new hires meet audit requirements
Getting involved in various HR projects.
Filling and maintaining documents for new joiners and other HR operations activities.
Participating in policy formulation for upcoming migration project
People & Leadership
To be a mentor to the new joiners or colleagues who need assistance.
Work collaboratively across the firm to achieve the Goals of the team / company.
Governance & Risk
To assist with query handling, quality error analysis, identify root cause and help with solutions to close the gaps.
Experience & Personal Attributes
HR Operations and Recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
Proven experience and results in an in-house or RPO environment
Demonstrated ability to develop trusted partnerships across all levels of the business
Confident in managing stakeholders and influences throughout a recruitment process
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong organisational skills with the juggle multiple priorities and deliver to required timescales
Demonstrated flexibility and agility to work effectively within a fast paced, complex and changing environment, with an ability to work under pressure
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline is preferable, but not essential
Strong attention to detail, high quality standards with analytical and problem-solving ability
