Job SummaryWe are seeking a versatile and organized Management Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and Sales, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.- Manage employee records, maintain attendance tracking, and coordinate employee benefits.
Assist with performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Handle general office administration tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, processing customer orders, and tracking sales performance.
- Assist with customer inquiries and complaints.
Coordinate sales events and trade shows.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a management assistant or administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
