Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and organized Management Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and Sales, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources:
Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Manage employee records, maintain attendance tracking, and coordinate employee benefits.
Assist with performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters.
  • Administration:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Handle general office administration tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Finance:
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.
  • Sales:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, processing customer orders, and tracking sales performance.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and complaints.
Coordinate sales events and trade shows.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a management assistant or administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
