Ability to review contract instructions from a client and quickly ascertain if any information/ documentation is missing
Strong contract review skills to review a range of commercial contracts and explain any challenges in a clear and concise manner
Ability to follow specific client specific requirements in terms of style, format and positions as set out in any client playbooks or internal client instructions
Partner directly with the client interface (this may be the legal, business or procurement teams and may require interaction with the client counterparty) to progress the review and get the matter to completion
Proactively support the improvement of internal and client material with regards to playbooks and processes
Active participation in any training or client meetings as required from time to time
Provide support and cover for the Team Lead Lawyer and other members of the team as required
Working closely with clients to problem solve their needs and flag any additional support or services the client may benefit from

Qualifications
Legally qualified with experience of reviewing commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, technology agreements, NDAs and other common commercial agreements, under UK/ US jurisdiction
5 10 years post qualified experience with the majority of that experience being undertaken within industry
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office applications
