To assist with end-to-end payroll processing and administration
To calculate and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations
To ensure timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records
To respond promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll
To generate payroll reports, such as payroll summaries, tax reports, and labor cost analyses
To assist in payroll tax calculations, deductions, and submissions to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations
To assist in regular audits and verifications of payroll data to identify and rectify any inaccuracies and discrepancies
To support the implementation and integration of new payroll systems or upgrades
To participate in process improvement initiatives
To build and maintain positive relationships with payroll service providers and vendors
To collaborate closely with the HR and Finance teams to exchange relevant payroll information and resolve payroll-related issues
To stay updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor standards
Degree in Finance / Accounting / Human Resources, or a related field
Practical experience in payroll processing and administration
Excellent attention to detail for accurate payroll management and support
Well-versed in payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Proficient in using payroll software and tools to process payroll efficiently, generate reports, and manage records
Experience maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
