Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery and equipment.
- Ensure timely and effective maintenance and repair work is carried out to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities.
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and workers.
- Monitor the condition of machinery and facilities, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory of spare parts.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of the facilities.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
