Job description- Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.
Disconnect electricity on pending payment and monitoring disconnection if any.- Informing superior if any incident / breakdown.
Ad-hock attend complaint from tenant / owner and taking action.
- Prepare and complete any incident / inspection or complaint report with photo.
Schedule and complete preventive maintenance.- Performs other work related duties as assigned.
Responds to emergency situations during working hours for the purpose of resolving immediate.
- Diagnose problems, replace and make adjustments.
Perform inspection, testing and maintenance meters corrector.- Perform basic electrical work and determine when an electrician is required.
Checking and taking meter reading for all blocks and retails.
- Send electrical invoice and disconnection letter for all blocks.
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures reporting needed changes.- Responsible for the safe, efficient completion of the assembly process in a high quality and repeatable manner.
Verify that the information on the utility work is complete and accurate.
