Maintenance Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in the job market context of India and be knowledgeable in the field of maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the work of maintenance technicians
• Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed according to safety regulations and standards
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
• Managing inventory of supplies and equipment
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Working with contractors and vendors as needed
• Training and developing maintenance team members

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Diploma or related field
• Strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
• Experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Proficient in the use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
• Experience in managing inventory of supplies and equipment
