Maintenance Managet( hotel industry)

Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in the job market context of India and a strong background in the hotel industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures for all hotel facilities
• Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions to hotel operations
• Oversee the maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in the job market context of India
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Experience managing a team of maintenance technicians
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and CMMS software

Note : Candidates from hotel industry maintenance manager experience is must.
