Maintenance Executive

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Executive with 2-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and machinery. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position located in India.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on all industrial equipment and machinery
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in equipment and machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and machinery
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs
• Train and supervise maintenance staff as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 2-8 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
