Summary
We are looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer ideally in an electrical background to work in the fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge on Maintenance of Equipment
Responsibilities
- Individual Shift handling and maintaining the Manufacturing equipment.
- Daily Breakdown maintenance and maintain report
- Trouble shoots and rectifies Electrical / Mechanical related High speed machines faults within reasonable time frame to ensure maximum availability of equipment
- Operations and Maintenance of Utility, AC, Chillers with operations of BMS Operations
- Strong technical knowledge of Utility Maintenance (LT/HT Panel, Diesel Generator, Transformer, Air compressor etc.)
- Understand and follow all workplace safety rules, such as safe work practices and standard operating procedures
- Perform general maintenance tasks as necessary
- Performs preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule in a timely manner and maintain report
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department
- Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience as Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing / industrial sector
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- Expertise in automation controls including PLCs, operator interfaces
- Focused towards productivity improvements, safety and quality awareness
- Good interpersonal skills and logical problem-solving skills necessary
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment with a highly collaborative work system.
- Ability to work independently in a safe and timely manner necessary
- Fluent in English
