Overview
The Maintenance Engineer - Electrical plays a critical role in the operational efficiency and safety of our facility. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery and systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for electrical systems.
- Follow technical documentation to execute repairs and updates effectively.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assess electrical needs in projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and electrical inventory.
- Install, test, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist in project management, ensuring electrical aspects are completed on time.
- Train and mentor junior staff on electrical maintenance and repairs.
- Evaluate and recommend new electrical technologies and equipment.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe working practices.
- Review and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics and technical documents.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
