Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Mainframe Developers for an immediate joining opportunity on a 1-year Contract to Hire (C2H) basis. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in mainframe technologies and will be able to contribute effectively to projects in the BFSI or Telecom domain.

Key Skills:

Mainframe Technologies: CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, EASYTRIEVE, PANVALET

Domain Experience: BFSI or Telecom

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and other related technologies.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within stipulated timelines.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the mainframe environment.
4. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience of 5-8 years in Mainframe development.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
5. Excellent communication skills.
