We urgently require below positions for the leading Beverage manufacturing company (Beer & Alcohol and soft drinks ) in Mauritius.

Job Description: Ensures that machine is in good running conditions and products are up to the standard.

Duties :Machine Testing:

Checking and cleaning sensors

Ensuring compressed air supply

Visualizing and inspecting blown bottles and recording observations

Machine Operation:

Starting and operating the machine

Checking for unusual noise or defective parts

Following work instructions for handling machine parts

Lubricating the machine as needed

Performing maintenance tasks

Ensuring smooth machine operation and proper water jet spraying

Recording all operations, downtimes, and changeovers in reports

Performing sanitation tasks as required

Change Over Procedures:

Setting up changeover parts for specific bottle types

General Maintenance:

Cleaning oven conveyors, infeed conveyors, machine, and machine area

Applying grease at greasing points and documenting maintenance activities

Reporting malfunctions to the Production Supervisor

Equipment Assessment:

Reviewing logbook for previous shift problems

Conducting routine inspections of machinery

Receiving work instructions from the Production Supervisor

Advising on whether to stop or continue running machinery during breakdowns

Repairs and Maintenance:

Performing planned maintenance according to specifications or identified needs

Identifying faults causing breakdowns and conducting repairs

Troubleshooting equipment and parts

Monitoring equipment for high production efficiency

Taking over repair work from previous shifts when necessary

Records:

Keeping maintenance cards with details of problems, interventions, and solutions

Compiling historical data on job performed for specific machinery

Qualifications:At least Form 4 and revelant technical qualifications in mechanical or electrical

Skills:Problem Solving

No of Experience:At least 5 years of work experience in bottling operations
