Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest
consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard
Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
Manage heating and systems to guarantee functionality.- Plan and schedule repairs.
Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Perform general maintenance tasks
Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
