Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models, particularly on tabular datasets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis and a deep understanding of marketing data.

Responsibility

Develop, implement, and fine-tune machine learning models on tabular datasets to drive business solutions.

Conduct thorough statistical analysis to identify trends, derive actionable insights, and improve marketing strategies.

Apply machine learning techniques to solve complex, marketing-related problems and enhance campaign performance.

Collaborate with data analysts, marketing teams, and other cross-functional departments to optimize data-driven strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging machine learning technologies to continuously improve models and algorithms.

Present findings and recommendations through clear, data-driven reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with machine learning models after degree completion.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field
• Proven experience in applying machine learning on tabular data.
• Strong statistical analysis skills, particularly related to marketing datasets.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience working with marketing datasets and tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, or other marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting insights and trends.
• Exposure to A/B testing and other marketing experiment techniques.
