What we're looking for
As an ML Intern, you will play a hands-on role in supporting our product and engineering teams, working on SDK development, building technical cookbooks, collaborating across teams to integrate with other products, and assisting the product team in various stages of development. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in the AI and ML space, working on impactful projects that help improve our AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- SDK Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of SDKs that support our AI evaluation, observability, and data operations tools. Contribute to documentation, example code, and user guides to help customers get started quickly.
- Technical Cookbook Creation: Develop detailed technical cookbooks and examples to showcase use cases, best practices, and how to get the most out of our products.
- Cross-Product Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to ensure our SDKs and tools integrate seamlessly with other products and platforms.
- Product Team Support: Work closely with the product team to help gather requirements, conduct testing, and implement improvements, ensuring products meet customer needs and maintain high-quality standards.
- Customer Engagement: Support the team in collecting customer feedback on SDK usage and technical documentation, and help implement actionable insights to improve the overall developer experience.
- Documentation & Troubleshooting: Write clear, user-friendly documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to assist customers and internal teams.
Requirements:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field: Knowledge in ML concepts and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) is required.
- Familiarity with SDK and API Development: Basic knowledge of SDK development, REST APIs, and software integration.
- Proficiency in Python: Strong foundational skills in Python programming, with an interest in ML and data operations.
- Technical Writing Skills: Ability to create well-structured, clear, and concise documentation and technical guides.
- Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working across teams and communicating technical concepts effectively.
- Self-Motivated and Eager to Learn: Able to take initiative, ask questions, and contribute actively to projects in a fast-paced environment.
