Primary Responsibility:
AI Model Development:
- Design, build, and optimize machine learning models to solve business challenges.
- Develop algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
Data Analysis and Preprocessing:
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for AI/ML training and analysis.
- Apply data augmentation and feature engineering techniques to improve model performance.
Deep Learning and NLP Implementation:
- Implement deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) for tasks like image recognition or natural language understanding.
- Apply NLP techniques for text analytics, sentiment analysis, or chatbot development.
Model Deployment:
- Deploy AI models in production environments using tools like TensorFlow Serving, AWS SageMaker, or Docker.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems or applications.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor model performance in real-time and fine-tune models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Address issues like model drift, bias, or overfitting in production systems.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders using visualizations and clear reporting.
Research and Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML and assess their potential application in business.
- Experiment with new algorithms, frameworks, and technologies to improve current systems.
Required Skills:
Programming and Development:
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
- Knowledge of other programming languages like Java, R, or C++ is a plus.
Machine Learning and AI Frameworks:
- Hands-on experience with ML algorithms (e.g., linear regression, decision trees, SVMs).
- Familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
Data Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
- Experience with big data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a bonus.
Cloud and Deployment Tools:
- Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI tools.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Problem Solving and Optimization:
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Knowledge of optimization techniques for training models.
