About the Role:

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about learning and experimenting with new technologies to help us develop an intelligent, prompt-based CRM system. You will be at the forefront of building models that create personalized, contextually aware customer interactions. While the responsibilities below outline our ideal candidate, we value curiosity, a hands-on approach, and a willingness to experiment as much as experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy machine learning models focused on generating intelligent, context-based customer prompts.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to define and integrate system requirements.
• Develop NLP models that enhance customer engagement through prompt generation and behavior prediction.
• Train, validate, and optimize models using large datasets, focusing on performance and scalability.
• Build and maintain pipelines for continuous learning, improving models based on user feedback and data.
• Ensure low-latency performance for real-time prompt generation in production environments.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance to ensure the effectiveness of machine learning models.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team for seamless model deployment and scaling.
• Stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning, bringing fresh ideas to the CRM product.

Qualifications (Not Mandatory, But Preferred):

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in machine learning, particularly NLP or related fields.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and programming languages (Python preferred).
• Familiarity with NLP models such as transformers, BERT, or GPT.
• Experience deploying machine learning models into production.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable model deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to experiment with new ideas.

Preferred Skills (But Not Essential):

• Experience with CRM systems or customer interaction technologies.
• Knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
