About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Large Language Model (LLM) Engineer to join our AI research and development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and deep learning, with specific expertise in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or similar. This role will involve working on innovative projects that leverage LLMs to solve complex problems and enhance our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement large language models for various applications.
- Scaling GenAI or similar applications to accommodate a high number of users, large data size, and reduce response time.
- Crafting and optimizing prompts using different strategies, including providing context and zero-shot techniques
- Creating prompts that efficiently guide LLMs to generate outputs meeting business requirements
Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on NLP, machine learning, or AI.
- Required skills: RAG, Prompt engineering, Langchain, LlamaIndex, DSPy
- Good understanding of various LLMs like Azure OpenAI and proficiency in their effective utilization
- Experience in creating GenAI applications such as answering engines, extraction components, and content authoring.
- Solid working knowledge of the engineering components essential in a Gen AI application, including Vector DB, caching layer, chunking, and embedding
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, including tokenization, attention mechanisms, transformers, and transfer learning.
