Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable machine learning models based on business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand objectives and challenges, and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Preprocess, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and valuable insights.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.
• Implement end-to-end machine learning solutions, from model development to deployment in production environments.
• Continuously monitor the performance of models and make improvements as required.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Knowledge of deep learning techniques and NLP is a plus.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying ML models.
• Ability to work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
