Role Responsibility:
To hit sales quota set by Management.
To ensure sales personnel are knowledgeable in their field of assignments.
To build a productive sales team in order to boost sales performance and achieve sales target.
To ensure on-going staff training and personnel development of sales personnel so as to enhance company image.
To ensure proper administration of overall sales department.
To assist sales personnel as and when are required i.e., Debtor's collection, problematic customers, etc.
To develop new business and maintain close relationship with customers.
To follow up with overseas agents for rate enquired and shipment arrangement.
To establish, maintain and build up good relationship with carriers, co-loaders and other vendors to obtain the lowest cost and better service.
To settle and handle customers complaints and specific requirements.
