To lead, take charge and manage Ocean Department.
To ensure ocean personnel are knowledgeable in their field of assignment.
To ensure ocean personnel can solve problem and provide quality services to customers.
To ensure on-going staff training and personnel development of ocean personnel so as to enhance company service quality.
To develop new business and maintain close relationship with existing customers.
To commit identifying or anticipating customer needs and ensure those needs are met.
To follow up with overseas agents for rate enquired and shipment arrangement.
To establish, maintain and build up good relationship with carriers, co-loaders and other vendors to obtain the lowest cost and better service.
To settle and handle customers complaints and specific requirements.
To assist District Manager when is required.
Preferably from Freight forwarding Industry- having sales and operations knowledge.
Should be able to generate ocean freight business .
