Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience in PowerShell scripting, Azure DevOps, and automation tools.

Responsibilities
Manage and administer all aspects of M365 applications and services, including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Azure AD, Intune, and Security Compliance.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for M365 issues and incidents, ensuring high availability and performance of the M365 platform.
Plan and execute M365 migrations, upgrades, and integrations, following best practices and industry standards.
Develop and maintain M365 policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions using M365 capabilities.
Research and evaluate new M365 features and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
