Tesin Products Pvt. Ltd., a reputed company specializing in tool room and plastic mould injection, is looking for a skilled and experienced M1TR Operator to join our team in Bhosari, Pune. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating M1TR machines and should have a background in tool room operations and plastic mould injection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain M1TR (Milling & Drilling Machine) effectively and safely.
- Perform milling and drilling operations based on technical drawings and job specifications.
- Measure, align, and secure workpieces and tools according to specifications.
- Ensure high precision and quality of work, adhering to company standards.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the machine to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with the tool room team to support the production of moulds and components.
- Identify and troubleshoot any machine issues to prevent downtime.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment while following safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Education: ITI or Fitter with specialization in M1TR operations.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a tool room or plastic mould injection setup.
- Knowledge of operating and setting up M1TR machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job orders.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in operating M1TR machines for precision cutting, milling, and drilling.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in machining processes.
- Knowledge of various machining tools, materials, and techniques.
- Familiarity with tool room operations and plastic mould injection processes.
- Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
