Qualifications
Academic Education
Master's in Statistics / Economics/ Public Policy, and Development Studies
Diploma in Project management from recognised university/Institute of Advanced certification course in Monitoring & Evaluation or related field
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the area of Project Performance management, performance indicators, database management reporting and Research, Strategic planning, monitoring & evaluation (M&E) in supporting businesses with research and analysis at a development/ management consulting firm, research institute/ firm/ public policy think tank, NGO, or bilateral/ multilateral agency, etc.
- Desirable
- Experience of working with Central / State Governments for externally aided projects
- Field experience / practical knowledge in sectors of early childhood education in India and the challenges and opportunities in the sector
- Prior experience of handling a team of data / research analysts
- Willingness to travel to the field for project execution and management
- Working knowledge of Stata / R
Indicative Duties / Responsibilities
- Experience in conducting research studies, such as need assessments, gap studies, baseline/ endline surveys, market research, policy reviews, and impact evaluations.
- Lead the research and M&E team in developing reports, presentations, and other communication materials (including research, drafting, editing, data analysis, and presentation)
- Coordinating API linkages between Survey CTO and Power BI for seamless data integration
- Ensuring optimal performance of technological tools like Google Forms through proactive management
- Streamlining the connection between Survey CTO and Power BI for efficient data visualization
- Troubleshooting any technical issues that arise to maintain a seamless workflow
- Experience in contemporary methodologies and practices, with hands-on experience in writing and publications
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis with primary and secondary data.
- Furnishing weekly updates and monthly reports.
