Rajyash Group is looking for Luxury Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Sales Leadership:
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Set sales targets and performance goals for the team.
Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Team Development:
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
Sales Forecasting:
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales.
    Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management.
Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about the organization's products or services and industry developments.
  • Provide sales team members with the necessary product knowledge.
Sales Presentations:
  • Participate in sales presentations and negotiations with clients.
    Assist in closing key deals and achieving sales targets.
    Budget Management:
  • Contribute to the development of the sales budget.
    Monitor and manage expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
    Stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.
    Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs.
    Customer Feedback:
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and services.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Administration:
  • Oversee the administration of sales contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales roles, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
