Key Responsibilities:
Luxury Property Sales:
Manage the end-to-end process of selling luxury properties, from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Field Work:
Conduct property site visits and showcase luxury properties to potential buyers.
Attend networking events and engage in activities to enhance brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management:
Provide personalized assistance to clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a premium and luxurious experience for clients.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends and competition within the luxury real estate segment.
Provide insights to the management team to enhance marketing and sales strategies.
Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Negotiate terms and conditions with potential buyers to secure successful deals.
Ensure timely completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.
