Job Description - Private Membership Sales
The Business Development Manager will be required to sell the Quintessentially services to UNI's, and establish and maintain a positive relationship. To grow the business by bringing in corporate partnerships;
- Overall management of all the customers especially for private business and related activities.
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, and prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
- Take ownership of the management of the sales functions of the business
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company's growth.
- Working to stringent targets, will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans.
- Build partnerships and alliances with like-minded brands/partners for corporate clients
Job Functions
- Strong Business Developer who can open up doors and generate leads
- Has a track record in driving and developing sales relationships independently.
- Work closely with the CEO to design, implement, analyze, and deploy new business processes. With Director- BD this role does not directly report to the CEO.
- Manage Private partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for partnerships.
- Managing extensive client pipelines, and the entire sales process including cold calling, prospecting, telemarketing, and networking.
- Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress, and suggest new strategies based on findings.
- Expand market intelligence of the Luxury Lifestyle industry to drive the business forward.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in business or Equivalent Experience
- 5 -7 years of prior work experience in private sales from Hospitality, Wealth Management, and Lifestyle services.
- Demonstrated results in meeting Sales quotas or Business Development goals
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading and motivating a team, self-motivator, and driving results
- Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret HNI needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities.
