Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loyalty Program Manager at Elevatoz Loyalty in Gurgaon. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing loyalty programs, analyzing program performance, and executing loyalty marketing strategies to engage channel partners and customers on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Loyalty Programs, Channel Loyalty, and Program Management skills.
• Analytical Skills for interpreting program data and performance metrics
• Strong background in Loyalty Marketing strategies
• Experience in designing and managing loyalty programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in loyalty management with a proven track record of success.
• Creating clear and concise (SOPs) and(SOWs).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
