- Responsible for ensuring client Satisfaction and also deliverables are executed in desired quality within defined timelines
- Should have good experience in managing program operations and driving project task to closure
- End to end client servicing ensuring that the SLA's defined are met
- Continually strive to improve the customer experience through improved processes, people development and technology
- Ensure team is proactively meeting stakeholders requirements by providing a centralized, professional and effective Loyalty marketing and planning service.
- Making presentations based on the requirements/ client briefs
- Ensure that all external and internal events are aligned with the program marketing calendar and business objectives and activities are effectively leveraged to the benefit of the program.
- Knowledge of excel is must
