We are looking for a Lounge Crew to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in customer service and hospitality industry. As a Lounge Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at our lounge.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at the lounge and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check guests in and assist with any inquiries they may have
- Offer food and beverage options and take orders from guests
- Ensure that the lounge is clean and tidy at all times
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Respond to customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Cash handling and basic math skills
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Minimum education qualification of 10+2 or equivalent
