Experience in Lotus Notes Development

Deep-level expertise to support the migrations from Lotus Notes to SharePoint Online.

Creation of documentation and capturing design, configurations, etc.

Strong knowledge of Notes and SMTP Mail Routing.

Strong knowledge of Notes Clusters and Replication.

Experience designing and troubleshooting complex mail routing scenarios.

Strong knowledge of Creating/Modifying User accounts, creating New certifiers, Server monitoring tasks, Indexing and Taking backups of databases.

Strong knowledge of all types of User access issues and Application performance tuning.

Monitoring of Domino Servers and Maintenance of domino databases (indexing, updall, Disk Space clean up, fixup, etc.), Automation of server restart.

Strong knowledge of User workstation issues and notes crashing issues

Knowledge on Authentication, Azure AD expertise.

Experience of Migrations from Lotus Notes to O365 product suites like SharePoint, Exchange.

Hands-on experience migrating enterprise organizations to Office 365.

Strong knowledge of migration best practices and troubleshooting.

Experience with migration tools like Quest, Binary Tree co-existence, and IBM Domino Notes is required.

Hands-on experience in complex migration scenarios, including Hybrid Office 365 configuration.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome difficult challenges.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
