- Prepare payment certificates.

Lead HVAC Engineer
BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience, 4-5 years in Oil and Gas or similar industrial experience
- Handle one or more Projects independently as Lead Engineer
- Lead a team of HVAC Engineers, Draughtsman/Designers.
- Preparation of Deliverable list & Schedule, Man-hour estimate, Resource requirement and Progress report.
- Responsible for quality, schedule and budget of his team and projects.
- Participating in meetings with client.
- Coordination with other disciplines.
- Preparation of Design Basis Report & Technical Specifications.
- Knowledge of codes and international standards
- Review of Tender documents to understand the scope of work, client specifications etc. and prepare technical offer technical clarifications and list of deviations when required.
- Preparation and checking of concept designs & design basis report with recommendation of suitable HVAC system and getting the approval from Client.
- Preparation and checking of Detail Engineering, Design drawings, related specifications, equipment selection criteria and calculations as per the approved Base design.
- Site Survey, Heating, Ventilation & Cooling Load Calculations and sizing & capacity finalization of HVAC Units Sizing & Selection of Chillers, AHU's, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Valves, Exhaust Fans, FCU's, Pressurization Units, Grills, Diffusers, Pressure relief dampers, Sand trap Louvers, Exhaust Air Louvers, Penthouse Louvers, Flexible ducts etc.
- Ventilation calculations for various industrial applications.
- Air pressurization calculations.
- Duct sizing, External Static Pressure calculations for Air Handling Units, Package Air Conditioning Units and Ventilation Fans.
- Water /Refrigerant Pipes Designing and Installations.
HVAC Site Engineer
BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience, 3-4 years in Oil and Gas or similar industrial experience
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the HVAC team, including assigning tasks, scheduling work, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Monitor and inspect HVAC installations and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC problems and provide guidance and support to technicians in diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems and recommend preventive maintenance measures.
- Train and mentor HVAC technicians, providing guidance on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and repair procedures.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
- Strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of HVAC technicians.
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose complex HVAC issues and provide effective solutions.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards related to HVAC systems.
MEP Engineer
BE/BTech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience, 3-4 years in Oil and Gas or similar industrial experience
JOB PURPOSE:
- Perform Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing (MEP) Designs and construction in compliance with the relevant codes, standards and guidelines for all projects being executed
- Works closely with internal and external teams including consultants, engineers, architects, planners, construction managers and quantity surveyors.
- Prepare Engineering Designs and Calculations for Grading, Roadways, Drainage, Water Distribution Systems, Wastewater Collection and Treatment Systems, Electrical Systems, Pumping Systems, HVAC Systems, and Fire Detection and Suppression Systems in compliance to all local and international codes and guidelines.
- Prepare Tender & Construction Drawings along with Engineering Design Plans.
- Validate design issues and suggest alternative solutions to aid in corrective works for all Civil Engineering issues.
- Manage Site Works
- Provide oversight for the installation and commissioning of MEP works.
Civil Supervisor / Foreman
ITI or Diploma in Civil with 8+ years of experience, 4-5 years in Oil and Gas or similar industrial experience
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
- Must have more than 10 years of experience working as a Foreman or Supervisory level
- Experience in handling sublation related projects
- Experience repair and maintenance of infrastructure projects
- Experience in Interior fit out projects.
- Must be able to read structural, architectural as well as MEP drawings
