We are seeking a meticulous and experienced B2C Order Management Specialist with proficiency in Unicommerce to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our B2C order fulfillment processes, ensuring efficient order allocation, inventory updates, dispatch tracking, and resolving any related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2C Order Allocation and Management:
- Efficiently allocate and manage B2C orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Monitor and streamline order fulfilment processes using Unicommerce.
- Inventory Management:
- Update and manage daily inventory on portals, ensuring accuracy and real-time availability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Dispatch and Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate with logistics service providers (LSPs) to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Track and monitor dispatches, addressing any issues that arise during transit.
- Error Log Clearance and Issue Resolution:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and clear error logs in the system.
- Resolve discrepancies in order processing and ensure seamless operations.
- Technical Expertise in Unicommerce:
- Utilize Unicommerce for order management, inventory updates, and tracking.
- Stay updated with the latest features and enhancements of Unicommerce to improve operational efficiency.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on order status, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2C order management, with a strong background in using Unicommerce.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
