- POSITION: Manager for Logistics Industry (3rd Party Logistics Warehouse / Supply Chain)
- EXPERIENCE: 4 to 6+ Years
- KEY SKILLS: Experience in Warehousing/3rd Party Logistics/Contract Logistics
- ANNUAL SALARY: As Per Qualification and Experience
a. B. Tech| B.Com| B.Sc |Post Graduate | MBA preferred.
b. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
c. Experience in 3PL/Contract Logistics.
d. Possess a positive attitude, team man, Self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*
a. Possess broad knowledge of 3PL or warehousing and packing solutions, adept in discussing rates with customers.
b. Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly targets consistently.
c. Demonstrate sales forecasting skills.
d. Identify valuable customers, prepare proposals, and efficiently handle RFQs (Request for Quotes).
e. Exhibit a successful track record in directly driving business, maintaining client relationships, and effective human resources.
f. Focus on market penetration by targeting new customers.
g. Meet customer requirements within deadlines, aiming for maximum Gross Profit.
h. Develop qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
j. Fulfill all duties assigned by management promptly.
k. Possess a strong understanding of logistics systems.
l. Prepare sales reports diligently and report daily to senior Management.
m. Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, both internally and externally.
n. Continuously search for new opportunities in the market.
o. Display excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
p. Efficiently manage customer relationships.
q. Conduct rate negotiation and finalize contracts with 3rd Party Logistics providers.
