About the Role:We are looking for a Logistics Intern to join our logistics team at Spinny. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing bookings across various dashboards, tracking vehicle movements and ensuring timely delivery and pickups. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics operations. Data collection and collation are also a very important sub-parts of this role.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive and has excellent communication and coordination skills. They should be comfortable working with basic excel, should know the process of email and possess a positive and flexible attitude towards work timings. Promptness and activeness in handling tasks are essential qualities for this role.
- Key Responsibilities Include:
a) Manage bookings on multiple dashboards and tracking vehicles from origin to destination.
b) Coordinate with drivers for timely pickups and deliveries.
c) Follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time.
d) Maintain records of vehicle movements and logistics data and solve issues promptly during the logistics process.
