The brand emphasizes craftsmanship and quality, often blending traditional Indian designs with modern styles. Voylla operates through both online channels and physical stores, making its jewelry accessible across India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Shipment Tracking and Monitoring

  • Coordinate and oversee shipment dispatches, ensuring timely movement and real-time tracking of goods across various marketplace platforms.
  • Regularly communicate with carriers to update shipment statuses and manage any potential delays.
  • Update marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) on shipment progress, dispatches, and delivery milestones.

2.Appointment Scheduling and Coordination

  • Schedule and manage delivery appointments with marketplace platforms, ensuring alignment with each platform's requirements and strict adherence to time slots.
  • Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to meet appointment schedules and prevent missed or rescheduled deliveries.

3.3PL Coordination

  • Manage and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions.
  • Track performance and compliance of 3PL partners, address any issues in a timely manner, and ensure that service levels meet company standards.

4.Marketplace Compliance and Portal Management

  • Utilize marketplace portals (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Direct Fulfillment) to update shipment statuses, dispatch confirmations, and proof of deliveries (PODs).
  • Ensure compliance with each marketplace's logistics policies and requirements.

5.Exception Handling and Issue Resolution

  • Monitor for any delivery exceptions, including delays or missed appointments, and coordinate with 3PLs, carriers, and marketplaces to quickly resolve issues.
  • Communicate shipment-related issues to relevant stakeholders and propose solutions to minimize disruptions.

6.Documentation and Reporting

  • Prepare, maintain, and upload all necessary dispatch and delivery documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and PODs, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on shipment status, delivery performance, and appointment adherence to track logistics performance.

7.Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time dispatch rates, delivery appointment adherence, and 3PL performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization within the logistics and 3PL coordination functions.
