Roles & Responsibilities -
-Selection of Transport Vendors , New Transporter Induction, optimization and induction of adequate number of trucks at the operating locations.
-Selection and induction of trucks as per the triangulation technique.
-Compliance of all the statutory norms, performance tracking of each Transporter, addressing Terminal escalations, engagement for performance improvements.
-Day to day Scheduling,planning and execution of PO's, Docking of Vehicles as per FIFO and ensure no pending PO's for the day.
-Handling all operational Issues loading/decanatation, Issues enroute of the trucks ,Incidents and accidents,Diversion of tank trucks Off spec product handling,Address all QnQ and POD related issues and suitable escalation if required.
-Timely closing of all supplied material POD as per the plan.
-Aligning the Reverse pickups from differnt locations.
-Routine Logistics MIS to be prepared and publish in time.
-Cordination with the sales team,transporters and terminals for smooth functioning and dispute resolution.
-Preffered Knowledge of EXIM.
-Support to safety/HO logistics team on accident/Incident investigation.
-Marine Insurance & Dispute closure.
-Monitor daily and monthly performance of LSP and share it with HO-Logistics for review and improvement.
-Ensure no dry outs/Suppressed Sales on AZ & FK account because of Logistics/Scheduling.
-Process developments and implementation with respect to logistics SAAS Viz CLICKPOST for network optimisation.
-Intervene and prepare contingency plan in case of transport disruption.
-F&T charges Negotiation with LMs.
