Duties and responsibilities:
- Liaison between warehouse and courier/delivery partners so as to ensure timely and smooth delivery to customers
- Work on the delivery tracker software
- Prepare delivery and dispatch related reports
- Handle customer queries / issues / concerns / feedback / grievances regarding dispatch status
- Pay utmost attention to details
- Provide quick, prompt, and correct responses
- Communicate with a premium customer base in an efficient manner
- Regular follow-up & updates to concerned

- Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and negotiation skills
- Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
- Should be able to manage escalations and queries
- Excellent MS-Excel working skills (Basic)
