- Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes
- Manage a large fleet of 200 medics (phlebotomists) and 50+ delivery partners
- Manage hub operations and smooth inventory supply
- Own & optimise the cost of collection
- Delight customers by ensuring on-time collection and on time delivery of samples to the lab for processing
- Design rosters and routes and ensure adequate supply on ground
- Keep the ground staff motivated, well groomed and ensure 100% adherence to the companys standard operating procedures
- Hire and build team ground up

Skills we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations
- Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
- Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports
- Exceptional organisational and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software
- Should have handled Fleet
- Knowledge on TAT
- Good Understanding on City geography
