Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Manufacturing, procurement and finance) for day-today operational activities.
Arranging transportation for inbound and outbound shipments, such as porters and 3PL logistics providers, including scheduling pickups and deliveries.
Track shipments in real-time and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise.
Respond to any issues or complaints from customers, sales & other departments. Ability to handle multiple tasks & good time management skills. Execution of daily planned activities.
Manage all dispatch records and preparing daily, weekly, & monthly MIS reports. Knowledge in MS Excel Performing additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder contacts.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and to prioritize workload Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products
Must Known languages
Any graduate must know English and Hindi and any additional language would be beneficial
