Logistic and Dispatch

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Logistics and Dispatch . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects from planning and executing daily dispatch operations to optimizing logistics processes and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

• Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily dispatch operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping.

• Forecast daily order volumes and allocate resources accordingly to meet demand.

Negotiate favorable rates with logistics partners and carriers to minimize shipping costs.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.

Implement and optimize processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

• Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
