InternalProcess
Carry out thepre and post-loan activities related to Unsecured loans, perform simplefinancial analysis, present the loan applications to the sanctioning committeeby adhering to the set TAT & prioritize the repayment of loans to preservethe portfolio quality
Visit thecustomers business and home to do the assessment/evaluation, following theOperations Manual procedures. Analyze and evaluate the loan applications, todetermine the situation of the business, establish the risks, determine thecapacity of repayment and the adequate loan amount for the customers needs,and also evaluate the family situation and stability
Visit theguarantor/collateral contact, explain about his/her role during the loan term
Cooperatewith the credit department in case of identifying discrepancies or problems incustomers information, reports, etc. through CRM Microfinance.
Inform thecustomer about the Credit Committee decision
Coordinatewith Liabilities team if applicable, to ensure bank accounts are opened/activatedto disburse the loan amount and necessary standing instructions to repaymonthly disbursements
Perform loanutilization check and follow up on the disbursed loans, especially of the onesnot paying on time
In case ofarrears, visits customers and guarantors for the loan recovery and coordinatewith collections officer to update the status periodically
Learning& Innovation
Maintain upto date knowledge of Unsecured loans as well as a working knowledge of otherproducts offered in the branch
Inform BranchHead about the demand in his/her assigned area as well as on the competition ona regular basis in consultation with CRM Microfinance.
Ensureadherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self
Ensure goalsetting, mid-year review and performance appraisal processes are completedwithin specified timelines
