We are seeking a passionate, experienced and adaptable LMS & Academy - Co-Ordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Lead L&D. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, tech-savvy individual with understanding of LMS platforms, project management skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and good communication abilities. This role focuses on the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS Executive will collaborate with various departments to design, implement, and evaluate e-learning programs, manage user data, and ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the LMS.
Job Description:
LMS Administration:
- Manage and configure the LMS to meet the organization's needs.
- Oversee user account creation, role assignments, and access permissions.
- Ensure the LMS is functioning correctly and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Content Management:
- Upload and organize training materials, courses, and resources.
- Develop and maintain a content library, ensuring materials are current and relevant.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective e-learning content.
User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support and guidance to LMS users.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for users on how to navigate and utilize the LMS.
- Create and update user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze LMS usage data, generate reports on training activities, learner progress.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the LMS.
- Utilize analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
System Maintenance and Updates:
- Regularly update the LMS software to ensure it is up-to-date with the latest features and security enhancements.
- Work with vendors and IT teams to implement system updates and integrations.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular LMS audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
- Solicit feedback from users to continuously improve the LMS experience.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) managing LMS, preferably in a corporate / educational setting.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with various e-learning platforms and tools.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools to track and evaluate learner progress.
- Understanding of e-learning, instructional design, and content development.
