Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LMS administrator to join our LMS admin team. As a tenured LMS administrator, you will be responsible for user management, report generation, and course management to effectively manage our learning management systems. Your diligence, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in meeting the diverse needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
2. User Management: Create learning user profiles, manage their hierarchies, troubleshoot user issues, and activate/deactivate them as per the directives.
3. Courseware Management: Upload and assign courseware to the designated learners and manage curriculums/courses throughout their lifespan.
4. Report Generation: Produce reports on course assignments, course completion, and other administrative tasks assigned.
5. Policy Adherence: Ensure consistency with policy standards, timelines, quality of reports, and other regular and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in administering an LMS, with a strong skillset showcasing a variety of LMS administrative tasks.
2. Features Development Preferred: Programming skills in scripting new features to administer the LMS are preferred.
Education:
A bachelors degree in any field is required.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based at our Hyderabad office. Some remote work may be possible depending on project requirements and team dynamics. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
